We are so fortunate to have a building with such historic significance that is so beautiful and an architectural masterpiece. The integrity and attention to detail is beyond impressive. The Museum houses many artifacts that are interesting and eye-opening with lots of educational value. I learned so much and was surprised by a lot of the information and facts provided throughout the displays. Take a fee hours to enjoy both indoors and out including the surrounding area with gardens and the train depot. There's a very nice pathway being developed by the waterway. Went here with my child's school for their field trip. This is the field trip I remembered as a kid and always said I was going to volunteer when it came up for my child. The children had a blast and I had a great time too. My child wanted to come back on our own sometime so we will definitely be doing that! I think it is important to educate our youth on all of our local and national history to continue to try and motivate progress forward in society within the future generations that will one day be making decisions.
