Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Always come here for ice cream for the past 3 years since I moved here. However came on 10/8 at night and employee was no where to be found. I came at 10:45. On foot usually they just help me at the drive through window but , no answer as I walked away employee was standing in the back where there is no windows . I then I came back in my car waiting in the drive through. You can hear the employee accidentally clicking the headset. She waited around 5 mins till 11:00 on the dot hit then finally told me they are closed. Very disappointing that this employee couldn’t take a few minutes just to scoop...

Baskin Robbins is a joke. Placed a personalized order online, went to pick it up on the scheduled day and guess what-no cake- an hour before the event! Yet, no refund for it! I was told to the call customer service to get a refund, I then called the customer service and was told it's the store that has to issue a refund and that they will contact the owner and the owner will call me directly. BS!!! not a single call. NO...
