I learned that Bar 10 Doors contracts out there food to Bella Roma Bistro. The cook is arrogant, rude, and cocky. He makes excuses and blames everything on the wait staff and customers. I had a problem with my burger, the order was wrong. Regardless of who made the error fix the order. I get my order back with no lettuce, send it back again and the bun is cold like it came out of the refrigerator. I asked for a refund, he pretended to listen to me while holding the menu. When I finished he held up the menu and pointed to the fine print that stated “no refunds”. So instead of just warming up the bun and fries….

Omfg! I'm so mad! I finally reset my Yelp password! The only way this restaurant received 4*'s is by bs reviews! I wanted to give them zero *'s! The customer service is HORRIBLE, the food is BELOW AVERAGE, and the wait time for made to order items is ridiculous!!!!! The "buffet" has under cooked chicken and costs $14.99. I was so excited coming here with my family to celebrate my husband birthday. But I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.
