10/10!!!!!
This is hands down one of the most thoughtfully curated Mexican grocery stores I’ve ever visited. It’s not just about stocking products - it’s about celebrating them. Every item feels handpicked, from the artisanal nuts to the wide variety of enchilado candies. Even something as simple as chile mango candy becomes a point of pride here: the owner specifically highlights that it’s el mango enchilado de Sinaloa—and you can tell quality sourcing really matters to them.
The store is packed (literally) with goodies—Queso Oaxaca, Queso de Guerrero, tamales, chamoys, imported breads, niche fruits, and so many antojitos you don’t typically see in regular Mexican stores. It’s a bit tight to walk around, but it just adds to the charm—this isn’t some sterile big box store; it feels like your neighborhood mercado.
What truly made the visit special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, generous with free samples, and genuinely excited to have us try things. We were offered samples of cheeses, candies, and tamales—including a tamal de elote preparado that was delicious. They made us feel totally comfortable exploring and asking questions. And considering everything is imported, the prices are very fair.
