If yall know you can't resolve conflict with words why not just stay home? Most times things could be avoided by just saying "my fault" and go back to enjoying yourself. most times you don't have to prove you're tough 24/7 we all came out to have a good time. We are from the hood if we lived this long we are all tough. What is there to prove? I've been in situations where you take the high road and apologize and the other party still wont let it go because somebodys "gotta feel it" and while it's easy to retaliate and want to hurt someone like that who wont even accept an apology i think if you point out that you're in a place with a lot of innocent people and cameras and that it's best to let it go it's possible to get them to let it go when they consider the consequences. Im not a fan of the guys that still want conflict after you humbled yourself to apologize to them but for the sake of salavaging a good night it's worth trying to reason and show the consequences and then if all else fails well you defend yourself. Matter of fact I seen dudes leave cairo nights when guys they might be beefing with show up as to not mess the spot up. This is the only late hookah lounge in Chicago and if yall mess it up its not just affecting "the opps" it's affecting you too. I don’t recommend this place! A couple of friends and myself were there this past weekend and I must say my experience here was very unfortunate. When we arrived the waitress immediately told us the price of everything which was kind of odd. But I didn’t think much of it and then as soon as we were seated we weren’t seated a good 5 minutes before the waitress hands us the bill!!!! Are you serious?? I’ve never been to any establishment in my life and was given a bill the first 5 minor being seated! Suppose we wanted to add to our order??? I felt so insulted and humiliated and felt they were extremely racist for this! I asked her politely “ma’am did you present the other customers with they’re bill as soon as they were seated??” She says I just wanted to make sure you understand the price basically implying that we were broke! I’ll never go back here and the way they were sitting back watching us was extremely distasteful! Their customer service here SUCKS well at least to African Americans it does!! I used to smoke here for more than six months. The hookah not bad but not the best. tonight I had bad experience. After I sit the server took my order then after about 5 mins my friend arrived and ordered. They brought my friend's order after about 2 mins from his arrive. I asked about my order the server said sorry we will bring it soon. After that they served five costumers all of them arrived after me and every time I remind them and they say sorry you next. I waited for more than 20 mins then I waked to the girl who took my order and ask her about my hookah and she said sorry I forgot your order. Really, I went inside and talked with the guy who makes the hookah whom I keep reminding him and he said sorry I didnt get your order. I said I talked to you many times and every time you say your order is coming. Then he said you have to wait. Then I canceled my order and left.
