Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Honestly, the pizza is good. It's not like the good old fashion pizza joints you find around Chicago, but it's good for a cheap, quick bite. However, customer service is horrible. This location is horrible. Ordered 3 times, 1st was a mix of my fault with an incorrect number, and the stores fault, for hanging up when I called to inform them of the number. Because I had asked for an update, and the employee thought that was all I wanted, she hung up. The second time, tracker said food was ready. Went to pick up, and still waited 15 minutes. Third time (Superbowl Sunday) I expect it to be on the busier side. Maybe at most 1.5-2 hours. MAX! After an hour, and trying to get an update, I was met with an attitude and given a time from of "maybe an hour, maybe two, maybe more, I don't know, it's really busy." I ended up driving to the store figuring truly, it can't be more than another 20 or so minutes. The employee (Julianni) that answered the phone was also working the counter. She still refused to give me an estimate, and would say "it's busy, an hour, maybe longer." The manager, Kelly, finally intervened, and informed me how long it would actually be before my order was out. Then, the employee at the front stated "maybe longer." I asked why? Because of my attitude? She said yes. I understand it's Superbowl Sunday. I understand the longer wait time. But I don't understand the attitude that was given, when all I was asking for was an estimated time, and was told "maybe an hour, maybe two, maybe longer..." I'm sure it's no fun working days like Superbowl Sunday, but maybe just take that day off in advance. But having an attitude towards customers like that is unacceptable. I wasn't asking for a miracle to happen, or asking for "the world to revolve around me", I just wanted an update. Do better. When you work the front of a store, you're the first face they see, the first voice they hear. Don't chase...

I am extremely disappointed with the service and food at this Domino’s location. I have been here in the past and usually order a cheese pizza with extra sauce, pineapple, and light jalapeño due to my lactose intolerance. I also always ask for the pizza to be well done. This time, I was reassured that the order would be made correctly.

After picking up my pizzas and returning home, I realized the pizza was not well done, nor was it fully cooked. It was full of dough and completely inedible. Since it was during rush-hour traffic, I had to drive another half hour back to the store to get the issue resolved. I shouldn’t have had to do this, especially after being reassured the order was right the first time.

When I showed the doughy pizza to the employee, he said he would remake it and make it well done, as I had asked. I also reminded him to include extra sauce like I requested. After driving another half hour back home, I was lost for words to discover the pizza was burnt and completely dry with barely any sauce on it at all. It was nothing like what I had asked for.

I called the store again, and the lack of concern from the staff was frustrating. I was told the manager wasn’t available, and the attitude from the employee was indifferent.

After investing almost an hour and a half of my time in this disorganized operation, I had to throw the pizza in the garbage because it was completely inedible. An order was placed On the website and the website didn't work so we refreshed it and the order was placed again so we were charged twice and still have not received any food. we've called the store more than 40 times and all they do is pick up, we can hear them talking in the background and then they hang up on us.
