Worst possible service ever!!! Their monitors where not working when I first drove up of course I waited for some sort of interaction with the workers but after waiting 5 mins and that’s a very long time I moved forward to the window and even there I had to wait a couple more seconds for someone to ask what I wanted I put in my order and they charge me I told the lady just give me a second so that I could check my coffee and see if it was prepared correctly she states I have to pay first the lady did not want to hand the coffee over until I gave her the money I told her all I wanted was to look at the coffee to if the cream portion was a small amount as I requested I was threaten by the worker that next time they will not service me thru the drive-thru I explained once again it wasn’t my fault it was there fault for holding the line. I just hate to come to establishments that are supposed to deal with the public and all it takes is a great smile and a positive attitude not to get yelled at and threaten by the workers that next time I will not get service thru the drive thru the worst part is that I have in this neighborhood for 30 years and this particular Dunkin Donuts facility has always practiced the worst possible service being rude to the public. Placed an order for pick up through the app, arrived 2 mins after the time it was set for pick up & was notified it was ready. When i got inside i went to the mobile pick up area and employee came over and asked for my name but could not find my order. All the employee said was we don’t have your order, i showed her and another employee that i had my receipt from the app, the other girls looked for it and tried to help but the first one was extremely rude. Nobody said anything to me after this and i just stood waiting until the employee told me they don’t have my order in the system, i asked if there was anything they could do as i had already paid. she said no, i asked about a refund. she said no. i asked if that meant they just got to keep my money and i don’t get any of my food. she ignored me and just looked at me like i was stupid. By far the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience. This location is on my drive to work and I've been avoiding it because every time I go there I give my order through the drive-thru and I'm asked my order again at the window. When I'm asked for my order again at the window they always manage to mess it up and if I'm not asked for my order again I end up getting 30% of my order. The ladies are very rude and specifically the one with the tattoos all over her hands that called me a "rude customer" after I told her that they manage the mess up my order every single time.
