Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

My wife and I have been moving stuff since 4:00 in the morning in the afternoon we decided to stop in at Dunkin donuts to get some coffee and donuts for everyone that was helping us in this moving day This was just to hold us all over before I took everyone out for DINNER (everyone like #35 people) for dinner, I walk in and ask A young lady if there was a restroom were I can use to wash my hands and use the bathroom, because that's the right thing to do before handling Food, She said only for paying customers as I told her I was interested in purchasing enough for #35 work's I told this Lady as she was making a bacon sandwich I would like to wash my hands and use the restroom,she then decided to tell me the BATHROOMS are out of ORDER!!! I told her I'm purchase items I as a customer for #35 works I then was told The (restrooms are out of order) even though I saw the high school students going in and out of the bathroom without a PROBLEM!!!! So I left... VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ ☹️ decided to wait until I got to a different place that SOLD donuts & Coffee where I spent over $155.00 on donuts & 3 boxes of coffee and a few other items it is pretty sad that these young lady who told me No!!! But the other person that was there told her way did you say that to him she replied to her co-worker I was busy doing something else and he was interrupting me, she then told the other co-worker end of discussion!!! She looked at me like I was homeless yet I'm driving a 65,000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Pick-truck, if you have cameras you would see my black truck in the parking lot full of boxes..!!! This LADY need to learn RESPECT, COMMON SENSE, PATIENCE, something they don't have anymore. IT'S PRETTY SAD THAT I WAS GIVEN NO RESPECT!! SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WASN'T WORTH HER TIME AND WAS GIVEN A VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ANSWER.TO THE OWNERS WHO HIRED THIS YOUNG LADY I BELIEVE SHE SHOULD BE RETRAINED OR LET GO!!! I AM GOING TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW THAT PASSING THROUGH GRAND AVENUE( NOT TO STOP AT THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR ITEMS I AM PUTTING YOU ON BLAST )!!!! THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN SAY OR DO TO FIX THIS SITUATION!!! I AM PUTTING YOUR ADDRESS ON YOUTUBE, TIK TOK, FACEBOOK, I AM GOING TO LET CTA, TRUCK DRIVERS TRAIN CONDUCTORS,"EVERYONE" NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.......THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU....... YOU GUYS SHOULD GET ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY ACROSS FOR...

I noticed they close at 10pm, so I left in a hurry and got there 9:45pm. Before I opened the door I realized the cashier was counting the tills. The door was locked 15 mins before closing? I called the store and was told “they close 30 mins early.” If that’s the case, change your business hours that is displayed right by the door to go into the store. This Dunkin location is decent. It's clean and if there's a line, they get through it quickly. The one thing I don't like is that I've encountered a few of the employees with bad attitudes. You can tell they just don't want to be there. That's fine, but don't take it out on the customers. Other than that, it's a good Dunkin and I will continue to stop by occasionally because the location is...
