Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

This review is long over due, this happen a month ago Big BulkyHispanic/Latina tattooed female working the drive thru was horrifically rude. Gave me attitude to the extreme. So I corrected her and told her “hey you need to watch your tone and relax I’m not giving you attitude so you shouldn’t”. She didn’t like it and started arguing with me. After that experience I told her “you know what forget my order”. All she said instead of apologizing was “ok bye”. Went up to the window and how “cool” she wanted to act couldn’t even look at me and pretended to be doing something. There was another co worker with her with she look young with black hair Hispanic she was embarrassed. She seem new, I felt sad for her to be working with a rude ghetto person like her. I don’t know Dunkin’ Donuts what you are doing but you lost a 6 year customer. And if you don’t care I’m glad to see your employees fallow the example. For me it’s been 2 months since I haven’t step into any Dunkin’s thanks to that person the image is ruin, but I guess that’s why Starbucks is more expensive cuz they don’t hire anybody with...

The service was terrible I asked for a medium iced coffee with 5 and 5, she tried to slip a fricking do you want to make it a large just 20 cents more I said no but implied me to make it a large and I said 2 times and she asked again and its still no and then I ordered 2 hash browns and she said order? I just said 2 hash browns when I was done with my order she was murmuring something and I wasnt sure if she heard me that I was done so the manager step and took over the voice control for her so I went to the next window to pay she gave me my coffee but not my hash browns so i asked for it, she gave it I said thank you, then she said no money? Horrible horrible service and coffee. We always have issues with this place but always seem to give them the benifit of the doubt.our coffee is either bitter or extra sweet. So my husband and i ask for our iced coffees 3 cream 3 caramel swirl. Today just topped it off. My husband had the ladies re do the order twice and still didnt get our coffee right it literally has a gallon of caramel and no cream!!!! He asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and got a plain hard cold one with no cream cheese.its not rocket science.this place went extra down as soon as the new management came in. Last week i was in line thru the drive thru literally waited 5 min and no one took my order or said something until i said hello!!! So someone can hear me and they said wait a min and took another 3 min to take my order..the workers most of them...
