You have to take into account the circumstances. Nothing happens in a vacuum.
This Dunkin' is far from perfect but for an airport version of the donut chain, the donuts were fresh, the prices were consistent with what they usually charge (unlike the ridiculously overpriced Burger King up the terminal corridor), the coffee was hot, strong and good and the service was efficient and pleasant.
If you can avoid eating in the airport, I recommend it because of high prices, crowds, low quality and the like. But if you must eat at O'Hare, you could do much worse than Dunkin'.
Pro Tip Dunkin' is centrally located just past security so pick an item or two BEFORE you head off to the gate as walk times...

Terrible drinks that are mostly just milk and the service is horrible. They're all miserable and it shows.
Dunkin, just call it a day and pack it up. Whatever revenue you're making here isn't helping your brand.
