Malik was my cashier and made my time at this location so much better than average. Last night I had a terrible experience at a diff location where the teller (who was on his phone to another country the entire time) took my sundae out of my hands and wouldn’t sell it to me (long story). But tonight totally made up for it. Malik was patient, friendly, and generally kind-made me an amazing sundae! Plus, this location, out of several I’ve visited in my neighborhood, had all my flavors! They’re so rude worst customer service!!! Every time I’ve gone here it’s a bad experience… if you place a mobile order and they don’t have the item they don’t tell you … if they make your drink wrong they won’t remake it and will have an attitude and tell you to pay for another drink. I ordered a large Butter Pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar, like I do every other morning at different places. This morning I happened to be close to this one. The drive thru girl was super nice but I drove away without tasting it first, my bad I know. And it tasted like mostly water mixed with a little old coffee. It tasted horrible.
