Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The coustmer service here is horrible I came on January 18 at exactly 8:43 pm there was only one person behind the counter the other worker was sitting talking to her friend I ordered a sandwich and two donuts the cashier name on my receipt says jack but it was a white guy with blond hair and glasses who took care of me when I first received my sandwich the middle of it was extremely cold i told the guy that it's was super cold in the middle and he warmed it up again and quickly threw it in the bag at this point I'm feed up walking out the door I began to take a bite of the sandwich but it was burnt and began to crumble in my hand it was horrible so I went back to the counter and told him why would he burn my sandwich he tells me there's nothing I can do about it I'm like what do you mean there's nothing you could do about I asked u to heat it up just a little because it was cold I did not say burn it 😡😡😡he insisted that there was nothing he can do worst experience ever I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning as well as call the manager to this location and inform them how horrible...

I won't be going here ever again. The male employee, who might be the owner/manager, was the most rude and ignorant person. It was a little after 5am when I went in there. I ordered a large coffee, a breakfast sandwich and a long john. I was able to finish my sandwich, but I still had some coffee left and my long john. All I was doing was trying to finish my food, but he started yelling at me that I needed to leave. He said I was there for an hour, and I had to leave the store. I explained to him that I still had food to eat, but he said he didn't care. I have to leave. I could understand if it was busy and other people wanted to sit and eat, or whatever. But I was the ONLY person in there. I could even understand if I didn't buy anything and I was just there taking up space. But that wasn't the case. I'm not a homeless person who solicits. There was NO reason for him to act this way to a paying customer. He has a serious attitude problem, and DD needs to do something about it, because his mannerisms towards customers is completely wrong and could escalate a situation with the wrong person....

it's a Dunkin Donuts / baskin robins next to the Jefferson park bus/train station and they do a good job of moving through orders. The food and coffee is the same as other dunkin donuts, occasionally I've received a stale donut from them. They have a nice sized dining area and seem to be ok with letting people hang out there.

I've had mixed experiences with the staff. Most are friendly. occasionally they have issues like one time I ordered a special that was advertised both on the video screen / menu and a poster on the window and was told that the offer was no longer going on. Most recently I ordered a large coffee with the girlscout peanut butter cookie flavoring. The cashier asked If I had had it before. I said I hadn't. He was very happy to let me know that he like peanut butter and coffee but doesnt think they would be good together, especially since its a liquid peanut butter. maybe they shouldn't have their employees knocking the menu items to customers who are buying them, it just may not be the best...
