My sister in law, Melanie, went to this location for an interview on Tuesday, November 21st and had an indescribable experience. While she was filling out some paperwork that an employee gave her, a male employee came up to her and started questioning her age. He insisted that she was under 18 and kept saying the requirement to be employed at Dunkin must be 19 years old. To be fair, Melanie doesn't look 18 years old which is why she took out her ID for proof BUT HE STILL refused to believe it. Thus, the interview was cancelled.
Even if she wasn't 18 years old, it clearly states on the Dunkin website that Entry-level positions require candidates to be at least 16 years of age. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable, distasteful and embarrassing. Honestly the location should be investigated since the male employee was giving the impression of trying to get with barely legal of age women to save his skin from...

Read moreBad service. For starters they have a guy that works from 6pm - 6am and he likes to charge customers credit cards for items whenever he chooses, basically stealing from customers. If you purchase anything between that time frame, you should check your account daily. I've been in this neighborhood for 35 years and this Dunkin donuts is what they replaced Dino and Nick's with. Horrible. The owner is so cheap they don't want the employees to even put the right amount of flavoring in the ice coffee. It's mostly ice and coffee with a hint of whatever flavor you ask for. Plus they raised their prices of the ice coffee and it still is made flavorless. Now I just go to the Dunkin Donuts on Fullerton and Cicero. They at least can make a flavorful iced coffee. If I could give negative stars I would. $3.08 for a flavorless iced coffee is a rip off. I would skip...
