WORST dunkin donuts ive ever been too. every time i go there i have a problem. i continue to try to give them chances but this will be my last. this same issue has happened 3 times. I went in there this morning for something so simple. a plain bagel, with plain creme cheese on the side with strawberry jelly.i specified 3 times to put the creme cheese and jelly on the side (considering the fact they have messed this up 2 previous times) because i was taking it to go and didn't want it to get soggy. what happens next? the lady takes the bagel out of the toaster too early if i may say. and begins to put cream cheese on the bagel. its a wheat bagel at that when i requested a plain bagel. when i tell her excuse me and explain to her i want it on the side. she gives me attitude and tells me i should have told her. I TOLD HER 3 TIMES. she then continues to make it and put it in a bag for me. i tell her i need her to remake it and she rolls her eyes. she then remakes it tossing the bagel around and gives me grape jelly when i requested strawberry. she claims they did not have strawberry... but i seen some. i'm just a customer who wanted her food proper and i received this horrible customer service and a untoasted bagel.. i will never be visiting this...

I just went to the Dunkin Donuts at 7240 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 about half an hour ago and had an unfortunate encounter with an abusive manager. I ordered a large iced matcha latte and a coffee cake muffin. The cashier rang up my order normally but the manager hovering over her shoulder was berating her for going too slowly and not using the cash register exactly the way she imagined was correct. She told the cashier that as soon as a picture of a lady showed on the screen she was to get the donuts ready for the customer and stop interacting with the register. She did it incredibly rudely using harsh language and commands. The cashier was polite and explained that there was a difference between the two registers and that she was used to the operation of the other register but the manager responded, "That's no excuse!" It was inappropriate and unnecessary and I honestly felt really bad for the employee. The manager was a middle aged Hispanic woman and the cashier was a somewhat younger white woman. I hope you can identify them and fire the manager. No one needs to be treated like that even if they work...

It's so bad that it is hard to even call it an experience, actually. I walked in around 1am, stared at the menu, and was ready to order. The worker was behind the counter putting things on a tray and refused to acknowledge me. I tried getting his attention by respectfully making some noise / clearing my throat, which I succeeded in getting him to look over at me, so I know he saw me waiting to place my order. I stood there waiting for ten minutes before walking out without having placed my order.
