Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life, NEVER coming here again!! Last 5 times I have been here has been a total mess. Huge lines wrap around the building because mgmt is too busy standing around talking and laughing to ensure the staff is efficient with orders. Most of the time my coffee comes out wrong (wrong amount of creamer or flavor, adding sugar when I specifically said no sugar), or doesn't taste as fresh as other locations. 3 separate times I had to go back in the building and have them remake my coffee, are you kidding me? 2 weeks ago ordered a croissant with egg and cheese, it came out ice cold, and the girl who put it together couldn't even put the top on right, it was basically two separate pieces (c'mon this isn't rocket science people!). Today there was a 16-car back-up at the drive-thru so I went inside; sure enough, the slow, bumbling, hillbilly management was standing around laughing and talking while the younger girls frantically tried to get the orders out. I placed my coffee order and stood there for 10 minutes while others came in after me, got their coffee and food immediately, and left! I had to flag a manager down and RE ORDER my coffee, and still had to wait even longer while they got their $hit together. I have no idea how my order just vanished, unless the kid at the register never put it through? The only reason this place stays in business is because all the dance moms from the dance academy behind the DD building flock here, and they can never handle the volume. Stay away!! Go to the DD on Howard Blvd. - much better service and...
Read moreLet me start of saying I usually go to this DD location and normally the service is great and the staff is kind and pleasant but today the staff were not the usual workers I encounter on my weekday order. The person who took my order this morning was rude, unpleasant and I felt extremely rushed. I ordered a Medium Caramel iced latte and I was cleared when I put my order in. When I looked on the screen I saw Carmel iced coffee instead of a Latte and when I corrected her she told me “ next time I should say that” which I then told her I did. I then try to order my kids donuts and as I was telling her what I wanted she went a head and stop me then proceeded to say “how many donuts you want” After I said to her I want two boston cream and 1 pink sprinkle donut. I am not sure what her deal was but rushing someone as they are ordering and being rude is uncalled for. I get it was a busy morning but that is normal for this location. You can tell this staff were not on the same page and did not want to be there. I understand customer service is not always fun but this is a job you choose, so just need to make the best of it and next time try to be...
Read moreThe woman that I first spoke to at the drive thru was very unpleasant. However, the guy at the actual window was friendly and professional. Turns out, he was the only thing good about the visit. The chipotle hash brown wrap was terrible! The egg tasted like it was in a plastic bag for days before it was microwaved and put in the wrap. The iced coffee tasted so bitter, like it was mixed with fresh brewed iced tea. I contacted the store and got a generic email from Patty, the owner. She said they watched the security video and everything was prepared correctly and then proceeded to lecture me on how I should order ahead of time instead of waiting in the drive thru. I asked for a gift card so I could get something else since my food was thrown away it tasted so bad and she told me “no” since they watched the security video. Well, thanks Patty, but you can prepare crap “correctly” but it will still taste like crap. Perhaps you’re ingredients aren’t fresh or you don’t know what “correct preparation” means because they items don’t make me want to through up when I get them from...
