Here we go again I have the absolute pleasure of telling you about this hidden treasure in Chicago . If I tell you anything I am telling you this get up and get off your butt and visit this place immediately their food is absolutely out-of-this-world you will not be let down with anything you order off of their menu everything is made in-house fresh ready to rock and roll right then and there. The owners live right upstairs so they are down they're freshly every single morning getting everything ready picking up their fresh bread that I seen his delivered every single day just to have everything prepared to feed Chicago. The waitresses the chefs the sous chefs and everybody in between and anybody that goes this place knows this is a hidden gem. Wow are used to like Durango for the great prices but today they make my day feel so sad I order a pizza two hours ago the neighbor follow-up to call me back there excuse was that my car was not working I talk to the manager he said he’s the owner of the pizza Durango and he said he doesn’t care for my service I told him I was going to put him on Facebook to let him know about the reviews and the bad Bad service they gave me specially from the owner Jose doesn’t care I’m so sad because I got a lot of family that lives are in the area and I’m gonna let them know the bad service I’m gonna go either to Domino’s I’m gonna go to Congress are going to go to other places to order my food and give my money to so we’re going to start boycotting Durango sorry for posting this I’m always try to help our I Our neighbors business but they don’t want to help the...

A bunch of crooks. I went there with my husband and 3 yr old son and had to pay 20% tip because we were three. We got over charged, the prices we paid were not the same as the menu. We were told that their new menu had just came out that same day, yet they gave us the old one to order from. I definitely do not recommend this place, food is not that good. They use cheap pizza sause and ketchup does not even taste like ketchup it is clumpy and nasty. Careful if you go here they will over charge and not provide a detail receipt because supposedly they add everything together themselves. This is not a family friendly place maybe a place for a couple with no kids or prepare to pay the automatic 20% tip.
