I will find every avenue possible to bad mouth this restaurant. On multiple occasions, the delivery has been later then we were told, but we've let it slide...until 2 orders ago. Last week I placed an order...two hours later I finally called the restaurant. They said they hadn't gotten the order and blamed it on Grubhub, saying they would get the order out right away. They did, and it was cold. Almost as if it had been cooked 2 hours prior. AND THEN TONIGHT TAKES THE CAKE...they mess up the order again. I call to get it fixed and we're disconnected, so I call back. The man I spoke to was very nice and said they would send out the correct order, on them. Great. I called at 7:50 pm. I just got off the phone with them and it is 10:16 pm. No food. First they tried to tell me I hung up on them. Then, when they realized that wasn't true they tried to blame it on the "morning shift." Blaming the order on the morning shift for a phone call that took place at 7:50 in the evening...I'm sure the morning shift would be impressed with being thrown under the bus. Long story short, after over 15 minutes on the phone dealing with them, I told them to forget the food, that they just lost a repeat costumer, and that I was going to start writing review letting you all know how bad they are. So, here ya go. Anyway, off to yelp to write the...
Read moreTheir ghost kitchen on Uber Eats is “Pasta Brava”. Long story short, don’t order order from Pasta Brava on Uber Eats. It’s the same location and hours but somehow the reviews for PB are higher than el Ranchito, but onto the review.
The order was for two Caesar salads with chicken, onion rings, jalapeño poppers and garlic bread. We received two salads, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and garlic bread. The onion rings were probably the best part of the order, but that’s honestly not saying much. The mozzarella sticks were cold and the garlic bread was soggy and soft, but the worst part had to be the salads.
Someone must have made these salads in advance and left them sitting out because the state of the lettuce was abysmal. Soft and coated in a weird tangy, eggy dressing, my sister could barely stand to eat more than two bites. But the real problem was it wasn’t even what was advertised. The romaine and the chicken were correct, but there was an underlying Italian dressing taste, along with cucumbers and tomatoes (I have a tomato allergy). Neither restaurant advertises a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and chicken alone.
I have never had a more disgusting salad in my life, and I’ve had a lot of salads. -10/10, I’m never going to order from El Ranchito or Pasta...

Why I rate this place low is for a couple of reasons..
I was under the impression that this restaurant accepts Restaurant.com coupons, seeing as they are listed on the website as a participating location. I informed my waitress that I had a coupon that was to be redeemed in store, and they were not aware of what I was talking about. They did call their manager, who didn't know either, which now makes the coupon I have a waste.
Although I didn't see the sign for credit surcharge, I'm aware that restaurants have them for using your CREDIT CARDS. My issue is that my daughter used their DEBIT CARD, which is not supposed to be charged since it's directly connected to your bank. I inquired about it with the waitress, and they said all cards, but they sign says CRESIT CARDS. I did ask them to inform their manager that they should include that in their sign since that gives off the wrong message and can be misleading to others who read it.
Lastly, upon me exiting, I wasn't giving any acknowledgment for eating their or thanked for my patronage or consumerism. Perhaps the waitress was annoyed with me at that point as I was...
