UPDATE: Monday, January 22, 2018: I've been trying to get a cake for my brother and I've been there twice to make some changes to the cake we want. This third and last time I went in was because one of the lady who works there, Jocelyn, said come in early and we will talk about how you want your cake and what design. I went in today and there was a man there who offered to help; I was very polite. I start explaining what I want in the cake and he starts being very rude to the point where he said "well you put down $20. Have your $20 back and you can order it somewhere else." I wasn't being difficult to him at all. All I wanted was an explanation to the how the cake was going to be decorated but apparently, that was too much for him. You can tell he didn't care if he lost a customer or not. "He continuously said come some other time" I don't have the money or gas to spend to come back and forth. I live in the east side of chicago to keep coming back. More so if I made the effort to come in at 6am as I was told to do so you don't treat customers like such. Lastly, I ask what is your name and he said "what do you care, Im the owner!" And he left to the back but before that happen when I went to take my $20 from him he was being very aggressive to the point he hurt my hand and I have a scratch from him. I love their cakes and Jocelyn is super nice but the rest of the employees are obviously terrible at customer service! Don't bother your time. I loved their cake but their customer service is just terrible only good person there is Jocelyn she gives you the best price. You lost yourself a life long customer; your lost not mine. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Customer service sucks. Tried calling and placing an order with directions to write happy birthday on the cake for pick up but they don’t answer my the phone. I went to their website where it says order online and it redirected me to Uber eats. There was a section for special instructions where I requested for them to write happy birthday and once it was delivered I was upset to find for. $40 cake they couldn’t even follow a simple instruction. My mom is always picky about the bread she eats. I haven't heard a single bad thing from here. The bread doesn't go stale after 3days. She loves it and keeps going back.

I bought her a 3leches cake. It was the best $35 I spent on an 8" size cake. I wish I had a picture to show. Most bakeries put a lot frosting but this place puts more bread than frosting. I will definitely go back for more...
