Went to get my Playstation 4 repaired there was some issues inside and needed to get it fixed since it wouldn't update the 8.5 update onto the console. Came in and they were very friendly and helpful and were able to tell me what the issue was and were also able to give me a price and how long it would take. Took about 2-3 days to get it fixed or if you arrive there a good hour before it closes they can fix it the same day from about 45-1hr if the issue isn't too serious. They will have it ready by the time you come to pick it up on a specific day you tell them if its urgent. There was a recent personal emergency the owner had to attend and ended up closing the shop early which is completely understandable. With phone calls since its a two person place and they are both helping to attend customers and fixing it can be a lot for them so please be patient with them and they will get to you as soon as they can. If they aren't in the shop and its closed call them twice and the owner will have the call warning sent to his phone and will get back as soon as they can with calls. Overall its a really great new place and their work and fixing is very honest and trustworthy I would recommend coming to get your consoles or gaming device fixed here you also get a 90 day warranty on fixes in case there are any issues after they have repaired it and the price to fixing is very reasonable. One small recommendation to the owner is having an open/closed sign just to let customers know or if there is an emergency during open hours people will know. Overall great work and...
Read moreSo here's a little bit of a story.
I initially sent in my purple 2DS to Nintendo for a free repair, but because it had modded software they sent it back to me untampered with. Me being reasonably disappointed afterward when I had grasped the realization of this error days later after I mailed my 2DS to Nintendo.
So since Nintendo didn't repair it I came to this place and I gave my DS to them for a reasonable price. My issue was that my right shoulder button got worn out from repeated use from playing a flight shooter. Days later, the repair was complete and I had received my Purple 2DS back, but I HAD CAUSED A MASSIVE MISUNDERSTANDING. I unfortunately accused this shop of stealing my 2DS stylis and SD (This contains the data of everything on the device). I argued back and forth with one of the owners of this shop thinking I was scammed, and then I walked home defeated. Hours later I had looked through the box Nintendo sent my 2DS back in and I realized...My stylis and SD was in the box this whole time in a plastic bag suctioned to the box....I sat in pure silence as I realized that I accused this family of stealing from me. I promply called them back and apologized, but I forgot to do one thing on my end, and that was leave a review which is what I am doing now.
To the man that day that I argued with in the shop I want to especially apologize to you and so I want to leave this review. This shop is trustworthy 100%.
P.S I may be back soon my 2DS is falling into disrepair again and I could...
Read moreThese people suck. My partner brought in a Game Cube to get fixed and it was a total process. First we drop it off and are told an update would be provided in a couple days. Groovy. Well a week goes by with no updates. We then call and are told “oh there was a gas leak. We’ll have an update in a few days” uhh okay. Sure. Another week goes by with no updates. Call AGAIN and are very conveniently told “oh yea it’s ready.” We go the next day and pick up the system. The woman who hands over the system doesn’t say anything and we have to ask what exactly was fixed. She goes “oh uh…the laser”. We look at the system and she then quickly says “but there’s a 90 day return policy if it doesn’t work.” Seems odd to blurt that out immediately if it’s appropriately fixed. We get home and lo and behold the system still continues with the same issue as it had at drop off and now it’s back to factory settings. We call the next day, during business hours, and have to leave a voicemail explaining how it’s still not fixed. By the end of the business day no call back. The whole next day no response. We call again and no answer. Called a THIRD time and finally someone answers. We give the info and he goes “oh yea I got your voicemail.” This place is not only some of the worst customer service but also an...
