The food was okay. The service on the other hand was awful. We asked for water for one of our guest and it took over 20mins to get it, we had to ask the busser for the water. The waitress never checked to see how we were doing, and deliberately ignored our table. We saw her tell OTHER staff membrete to check on us, and when we finally had her attention for COLD food, she gave us attitude and said she does have not control over the kitchen and how they cook the food. Which I get; because she doesn’t cook the food. But as server, you need to check on your tables and make sure the food is hot before even brining it to the table. The waitress also blamed the other waitresses saying, “ they checked on you, so I didn’t have to “. What kind of work ethic is that. After speaking the male manager about the cold food, he was even snarky about it. The whole staff was giving us a cold shoulder after that. I’m unsure how they train the ladies here bur it needs to change. It was an awful experience. Be aware of a young pale lady with black hair. She’ll blame her lack of work...

Horrible customer service, horrible food. I placed an order at 1 pm today online through their website and got the confirmation that it was ready. When I get there, they say there was no way I placed the order since they turned off online orders since the morning. Which she lied because i have the screenshots below. She then says I have to wait 2 hours for them to make it. I live 30 minutes away, I shouldn’t have to go back and forth. I said whatever and waited those two hours for them to call me, I get there and wait an extra TWENTY minutes for them to give me my food. The juice from the tray was spilling and she just goes on to say i’ll give you another bag. That obviously didn’t help since ALL the juice came out, the tray was obviously broken. Spilled ALL over my car. I waited 3 hours for dry food. No need to give this restaurant...

I went to this place and it's tradition to bring chips to a table before you order ur meal , I just wanted a taco and ordered and orchata , I waited and waited they brought no chips and addressed that , if I am dinning in chips should be given to customers in this case their echeviche, they said u have to order a big meal I said what , I am ordering iam sitting down eating , the same treatment should be given to all customers who dine, that chose to eat at yr restaurant , won't go here again and was going to come back to order their shrimp and seafood platters , but since the whole pettiness of a platter u give all your customers you done, but only because I did not order a big platter I was denied that and had to ask them what do you give , won't go back again and tipped them , regardless of their bad...
