Let me start off my saying their food is great. I shop here often when visiting my in laws who live 2 blocks away. I've never had a problem until the other day. I sent my son to buy tortillas. He got 8 packs tortillas and 4 fifty cent bags of chips and a sweet bread. The cashier charged him $31. When he gave us the receipt i sent him and his dad back. The cashier told his father that the reason she charged him an extra $25 was because he didn't know Spanish. After his father got mad because how In the world can you justify overcharging a 12 yr old $25 simply because he only speaks English, they refused to refund us. Her next excuse was my son robbed something. Nothing I'm the store cost $25 that he could take except for meat. He did not stick 5 pounds of meat down his pants. His father asked if anyone saw him take something and if they could look at the cameras because we would gladly pay for anything he "stole". They told us they wouldn't review the cameras and no one saw him take anything but that he had a lot of stuff when he came up to the register. Only after he was going to call the cops because they refused to return the money they issued a refund. If you have teenage kids who go to this corner store please review your receipt. $25 is a lot of money to overcharge. We were not given an apology and I feel that is a shame. No matter our skin color or what language we speak all of our money is green! The only thing I want is an apology from discriminating against my son based on him only...

I bought cooked meat from here a few times they sell it 1 pound for $12 and each time it gets worse to the point where the last two times I ate it I got sick food poisoning I know it was this meat bcuz it was all I ate also the vegetables and fruits they sell are already bad they dnt have fresh produce at all I can't believe the inspector hasn't been there yet I bought 7up and the entire week all the 2 liters where completely flat they dnt even care about there customers and the women working the registers act like they dnt wanna work they dnt know English and they over charge you if you dnt pay attention and its ridiculous there not shut down!!
