I am so happy I randomly stumbled upon this place because it’s a true gem to the Portage Park neighborhood. This family-owned business has an adorable, cozy atmosphere with beautiful artwork on display. The owner is incredibly welcoming & knowledgeable, happily sharing details about the ingredients & care in every item. Their hot chocolate is a must-try—rich, indulgent, & crafted with pure Belgian chocolate that’s absolutely divine. The onion soup & pierogis were also fantastic, all freshly made with high-quality ingredients. It was so good I went back for more just 24 hours later! This store is located inside Caesar Pierogi & Pizza. The hot chocolate is delicious. I got the orange chocolate, but did not taste much orange, however, the chocolate itself is delicious. Caesar knows his products and can make great suggestions. I was most impressed that they make their own chocolate covered orange pieces. They need an hour to prepare it, and you will not find a better orange chocolate taste in The City or in ANY city for that matter. They make their own orange peel and their own chocolate.
