Gorilla Sushi Albany Park — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everytime I went in here as a Dasher to pick up food for door dash they were 10, 15 to even 45 minutes late with a room full of deliver drivers waiting for their orders!!!! They do NOT even apologize fir being late and constantly lies and sats the order is "coming" and it never does. You literally have to keep asking about your order! They are in over their heads, wayyyy too small and understaffed! They cant keep up with their orders OR customer service. They are down right rude! I guess they dont realize if it wasnt for delivery service their doors would be closed and they would be home collecting unemployment!!!! DONT ORDER...

I mean the sushi over here is so good and delicious. Please order that unagi sauce( it's a sweet sauce for your sushi) it's amazing when you dip your sushi in that. They make it right away Price is OMG, they have temaki which is a cone and its filled with rice and your choice of meat/fish. I completely loved the atmosphere. Most importantly KIM is hilarious, shes the server and she is funny and great to have a conversation with. They also offer vegan or vegetarian sushis here! ILL...

Don't recommend. I order calamari the other day. It was NOT worth it. You merely get any calamari. I ordered a mini godzilla roll. I only received 3 pieces. When I called, they told that was impossible. I walked backed in this winter storm to show them. They didn't make it right. Customer service is horrible. They merely gave me a smaller piece cut into 4. Never coming back. If you can't admit to mistakes, and make it worth while for me to come back, I'll take my money and...
