multiple occasions where the restaurant isn't as busy as other days, been ignored multiple times. fist time I came here with my significant other we stood waiting about 20 mins just to get seated and about 30 just to get our order in. The employees never checked on us, mind you the place wasn't busy at all some employees seemed just to be sitting around a table in the back corner laughing it up, just yesterday i went to dine in again I'm not sure what the owner is up to thinking that he can multi-task yet it doesnt seem to be working out at all i just wanted a parfait as dessert turns out the owner forgot to put the order in so we just sat down on the table for waiting for 30 minutes thinking he was growing the fruit in the back, I know its fresh and made daily but I didn't think he was taking it this extreme to actually say its "homemade and fresh. really disappointed since the previous owner focuses a lot on customer service yet this new one doesnt seem to care at all, its a huge organized mess. such an embarrassment to run a beautiful and delicious restaurant for them not to care and the potential just to go away instantly. I’ve been here 6-7 times. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it’s got great ratings but I’ve experienced consistently horrible service every occasion. The wait time is way, way, way too long. The wait would maybe be understandable for dine-in service, but when you arrive at 8 am and the restaurant is empty and you order to-go it’s just baffling & very frustrating. It should not take 35 - 40 minutes to fix one breakfast skillet and two lattes. The food is great & the coffee is okay. But the staff don’t seem to respect patrons’ time. Two patrons came in after me today and their orders were started and served before mine. By the time my food was out, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my coffee because the staff chose to fix coffee for a patron that ordered after me instead of just completing my order so that I could leave. I understand trying to time things so that folks get hot coffees with their food, but I was very obviously jumped. Bummer. I guess i wasn't that lucky that day and my food doesn't look like other pictures. I place the order at the counter, very friendly everyone, so I waited outside as the restaurant was very busy. After some minutes i came back in,they gave my coffee i keep waiting (it'sok was a busy Sunday), after more minutes i told them.i will be waiting outside and if they could look for me when the food was ready, so the guy didn't realize my food was ready until the lady in the kitchen told him she gave already. So i guess was sitting for some times because was cold (not lukewarm, it was cold( when i came home and i live very close,i have picked from further restaurant and never was thia cold.
