Great Mexican Restaurant on Lawrence Ave in Albany Park. I ordered the beef stew (caldo de res), and it was absolutely delicious. Best one I have tasted in years. It had plenty of delicious beef, potatoes, carrots, etc. Try it; no disappointment!! The service is great..Karen and the other ladies' waitressing are always attentive and friendly. The place is a bit loud and almost annoying because they have the TV on at the same time as their jukebox, making it difficult to enjoy either. At that point, it's just noise competing with each other, but the food is authentic and worth your trip.

Food is delicious! The langostinos are my favorite! The carne azada is always cooked to perfection and definitely a must every time we go. The mouth watering margaritas are tasty! I recommend the margarita flavor! A great place for a cute date night, family dinner or even a solo date! Karaoke night on Friday and Saturday is so much fun! The staff is nice.friendly and quick!

The 1st time I went there, I had a chicken torta. My grandson had the chicken tacos and My daughter had steak tacos. The horchata was one of the best I've ever had. I was only able to eat half of the torta, because it was so filling. I highly recommend going there. And affordable too.

We live close by so we get take out here often. Every time we order, something is wrong with it. They forget to give sauce, or only give one. They forget limes with the tacos, and never say anything if the case was they are out of it. We consistently have to walk back to the restaurant because they forgot something. I don’t eat meat so I order a veggie burrito. This is the second time I’ve come home and there’s steak in my burrito. The last experience I had is the final straw for me, as the woman argued with me about how I agreed to getting a steak burrito. I haven’t eaten meat for 6 years, and its typical anywhere I go to be certain that my order does not contain meat. She didn’t even want to give me a replacement and gave me an attitude about it. I brought the wrong order back too. The food is pretty good, but the service is terrible and I’m sad to say I will not be returning after this...

Your average Mexican restaurant. I had just finished a 13 hour shift, and did not want to go home and cook on a Friday night. I pass by here almost everyday, and I had never given it a try. I ordered to carne asada dinner to go. It traveled well, when i got it home the tortillas were not soggy, nor did they fall apart. The onion and the cilantro were fresh, and the meat was diced up small, and did not have very many pieces of fat, if any at all. If they were, they were undetectable. The rice and beans were average fare, the beans having cheese on top of them. I am not fond of having cheese on mine. I could definitely go back...

I always get enchilladas when I try a new Mexican place because it's a good way to tell if the rest of their food is good. I ordered the 3 chicken enchilladas suiza dinner with beans and rice, but received 2 enchilladas. That's OK though, because they were probably the worst enchilladas I've had and I didn't even finish the 2 I was given. The chicken is in little balls and over-cooked, not to mention the ranchero sauce is so thin it just pooled in the bottom of the box so essentially the whole thing was pretty tasteless (other than the decent beans and rice). They might have had a bad day, but I won't be ordering...
