I'm shocked at how many negative reviews this place has solely based on it's customer service, and yet the owner has failed to resolve the issue. We visited this location 3 days ago, ordered 3 completely different yogurts with different toppings. The employee insisted on us giving her the entire order, when I explained to her that I simply didn't want her to get confused she raised her voice at me demanding to give her my entire order. I proceeded to do so and sure enough she got confused. When I pointed out that she made a mistake, she got EXTREMELY frustrated and told her coworker to take care of us instead. Her coworker then aggressively threw the yogurt in the garbage and asked me in the most rude way what is it that I wanted. So I explained my order to her again. She cut the fruit and brought the cup to my face to show me every time she scooped the fruit in. I couldn't take anymore disrespect so I spoke up. I told her that showing me what she's scooping every time she scooped it was unnecessary and that she was just wasting her time. She then told me that I was a picky, complicated, disrespectful and rude customer. I work in customer service and I know what a picky, complicated customer is. I simply wanted them to get my order right. I would never EVER talk in such way to my customers. These workers need proper training or better yet the owner needs to hire properly trained employees instead. I have been going to this michoacana for 3 years at least once a week and sometimes even more frequently during the summer time. I have to be honest the food is good as always HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I asked gently if they could please warm up the torta because it was cold and A woman The manager personally told me no it was my problem if it was cold and I told her that’s very rude and she said if I didn’t like the service to go somewhere else they don’t need our presence. I was completely shocked, I been going to la michoacana for almost 5 years now and I usually spend between $60-150 JUST BECAUSE THE FOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS GREAT. FULLERTON LOCATION IS WAY BETTER THE MANAGER IS SO KIND AND WONDERFUL.

Read moreThere was a woman who was working the night shift, around 8 I was ordering food however my two little sisters are on the autism spectrum, and yes i understand that sometimes people can get overwhelmed by their behavior but a worker there I didn't quite get her name shouted at my mother saying to pay up, first off my mother wouldn't leave without paying so that was disrespectful as hell.
