The food was ok but the service is really horrible. It’s not worth it. During our first experience we ordered and after an hour of waiting, I got up and asked if we could even at the very least get our drinks, it had been an entire hour and the place was not busy at all. People around us that came after we’re getting the food so I asked and only then the waiter informed us that they don’t have what we asked for. We left hungry after an hour of just waiting there. We swore this place off because they don’t have the courtesy of communicating but a few days later other friends has gone there and asked if we could join, we gave the place a second change and it was equally bad. The owner is really rude and accused us of not wanting to pay after we just asked about how the bill was calculated so we could split it. I called her out and asked her not to be rude to us and she kept at it. It was ridiculous that the owner of a business would feel like they can just treat people like that.

It was terrible! I’m from Peru and my ecuatorians friends were so excited to try their food but the experience was so bad and rude! The service was awful, the girl who works as a server was unhelpful and she was so annoyed about what we want to eat. I ask for a chicken breast and she said you can’t choose, so I said I’m going to choose another dish and she said I can’t delete this dish cause you already order and we were like you just starting, she just said you should know what you want because I gave you enough time. I really wanted to leave this restaurant but for respect to my friends, I didn’t. So rude! Missing extra rice, she charge it us and when I told her that we didn’t get it. She said I can’t avoid it, here is your money, the way how she said that was rude. The price: we don’t have problems about the price but in the menu appears a price and in the check another price. The server just said I don’t know the prices, the owner put those prices, and she looked at us like you will pay or not. We paid a service charge 15%, but I’m sorry. They don’t deserve it. There has been a complete downgrade here. Not even a year ago did I come here and there is a big difference.

Usually, I would walk in and sit down, and just a few minutes in and I would receive a menu and a glass of water. Now, I walk in and wait, and I have to call over one of three waiters for attention.

People are left waiting for 5-10 minutes expecting service, and you end up having to call them over.

Enough of that. On to the food.

Before, you’d pay $14 for a Pechuga Apanada and you’d get that. A decent Pechuga Apanada, with beans, rice, fried, and a meh salad, but pay the same price and you get less rice, a chicken breast almost the same thickness as skirt steak, with little flavor, fries that have somehow lessened in quality, and the same salad. All of that for $14? That is not worth it. Not at all.
