THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO TO. They know who exactly who I am because I had to call them so many times to complain to them about the couch I received from them. The day my husband and I went in looking to purchase a couch we couldn’t find anything we liked on the floor so we decided to try purchasing something from online. I specially described the salesman exactly what I was looking for, what kind of texture, what kind of color, etc. I literally told him I didn’t want this couch texture that will leave lines when you swipe your hands on it and sure enough I received a couch with that kind of texture. To make things even worth the color came out “Super Dark grey/ brown.” When I clearly pointed out I was looking for a very light grey color. When I called to complain they gave me a number and told me to “Text him” so unprofessional. I was texting Eddie who told me my couch looks dark grey because “ There is very minimal light incoming” when my living had three windows with no curtains on it And it was very sunny outside. Plus I had my white lights on so how could you possibly tell me it was my “light incoming” that’s causing my couch to look super dark grey/ brown not light grey. He proceeded to me it looks like a different color because the “The website where the company takes, they take it with More light” so why tell me this after the fact?? Why not tell me this when I was clearly pointing out what we exactly wanted and what exact color we wanted. So I explained to him how we wanted a refund and he said we would have to pay for a delivery fee And a 25% restocking fee. As if it’s my fault they sold me off. So I called them again and they said “We can’t give it to you for free because we wouldn’t make a profit. It would be a loss for us.” Don't even waste your time trying to call them too because I called twice and they said they would call me back and never did. And they lied and told me it would take 30 days for my couch to come and it took two and half months!! I understand due to the virus but every three weeks I called to see where it was they gave me a different date. Could have easily told me the truth. WORST...

I came in here to get new furniture for my house and she told me if I get the Synchrony payment plan, it works like a loan.
After giving her my information I realized that she just opened a new credit card for me. I checked my experian report to confirm that a couple of hours later and that was the case.
This is absolutely the worst thing that could happen to me especially with the fact that the credit card is only for furniture purchases.
I would highly not recommend talking to anyone here if you want to make any purchase.
The store representatives have no clue the impact her lack of understanding of the services she provides has on her customers.
