Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I was waiting for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. SUPER rude. After I had to go looking for somebody to acknowledge me, the rude lady, Robbie, told me to wait again. After 7 minutes of waiting, the rude lady Robbie finally took my order. I know racism when I see it. Robbie was really rude. I had to wait 5 minutes before anybody said hello. Then she lied and said she came out and said hello. She didn't say anything to me. I had to go back there looking for someone to help me. She should not act like that. When you enter the store they should immediately say "Hello or welcome to Little Caesars, we are busy right now but we will be with you to take your order shortly." Otherwise you cause me to think you are rude or racist or both. Then when I questioned her about it, she lied and claimed that she greeted me. Nooooooo the only reason she said anything to me is because I almost had to come back there looking for her. But if somebody is brazen enough to ignore you for 5 minutes, I totally them to lie about it. Look at the camera 20AUG2025 4:05PM she totally ignored me. She said nothing yo me. Then lied about it. I went into little ceasers and needed 4 pizzas i asked the server how many was ready and whats available now the server said if you give me a minute i can tell you, with an attitude. Then he proceeded to say nothing was ready till 15min, i asked if i can purchase ahead of time and come back to get the food the server said aslong as you come back in 30 min bc the food will no longer be good anymore i asked the server what did that mean he then said, exactly what i just said. I then asked him so ur telling me the pizzas expire in 30 minutes he then said yes with a snobby attitude. Im under the impression now that little Caesars are selling expired pizza. There is no such thing as service with a smile at this place, i will never return to little ceasers again unfortunately this was my favorite place but after this experience im very scared to eat here if the food is expired food as that guy stated... i never purchased after this conversation i walked out highly aggravated and disgusted i never once expirenced this type of service at any little ceasers ive ever went to.. this guy needs proper customer/communication training...

We’ve been ordering from this location for the past 10+ years and it’s always been hit or (mostly) miss, but lately is horrendous. Orders are wrong, super late, overcooked, undercooked and just bad. Today I pre-ordered l, got all the way home and realized they gave me someone else’s order. Went back, line out the door and people were holding the door open because it was at least 100 degrees in there. No apology. Next 2 pizzas had my name, but when I got to the car I realized they were also wrong. No apology. In fact, the worker tried to swear it was the right pizza that they tried to add butter and salt to and hand back to me. Thing is… we ordered the pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza. This had marinara. Worker said they could remake it, but that would be another 20 minutes. Still… no apology. I don’t really get it, but maybe the extreme heat is causing brain fog or rudeness? Don’t go here. Pretty sure those 4 pizzas that I touched and took back in were someone’s dinner by the looks of them going back...
