As a first time customer I must say I was extremely disappointed in the food and service I received today. As I came into the restaurant, I was asked for the proof of vaccination and ID, no problem there. I was asked how many were being seated and I responded with âjust myselfâ. I asked for a booth and was seated at the table nearest the door where you feel all the cold air from the doors of when customers entering and leaving the restaurant.
Next I was not greeted by a waiter or waitress for 10-15 mins with a menu or utensils. Finally when the waiter came he did not introduce himself and just asked what I would like. I let him know it was my first time and what he recommended. His response âidk, I want to recommend something you cant afford or is too expensiveâ. Iâm at a loss for words at this point. So I just asked for wings and fries. Simple rightâŚ. Or so I thought.
After ALMOST 30 mins of waiting⌠I receive my order, not from my waiter but another waitress. The boneless WINGS ARE COLD. Like actually COLD. The fries were nice and hot. As if the wings were sitting on a counter and the fries werenât ready. I was looking for my waiter for about 10 mins and he was no where to be found so assumed I was sitting in his section because there was no other staff in the area. After he finally came, I let my waiter know what was the issue.I even suggested he could touch the food and feel they were extremely COLD. He let me know he didnât know what to do because he had never had this happen. So he said he was going to let the manager know of the situation and come back with a solution.
He never came back to let me know what the solutions and options were. Instead I waited another 10 mins for him to comeback with my order replaced with actual freshly cooked boneless wings.    Read moreHorrible horrible horrible I spent $43.00 on a 20 peice wing half Buffalo & honey bbq also a large potatoe wedge add cheese $1.15 cent plus a small order of cauliflower $14.00 this not including tax so over $50.00 my food took 30 minutes after I was told it would take 20 minutes the cashier came off real sweet an nice rushy fast quick to take my order but by time she handed me my food she almost forgot something I requested which was sour cream. So she ran back to get me one an came back with the smallest sauce container of sour cream. Then got attitude when I asked for a second an said I have to charge you for what? It doesnât come with any sour cream. Then the manger came up with food apparently itâs busy at 10:00pm I asked the manager whatâs the difference from ranch an blue cheese he said look at them like why canât they write a B for blue cheese and R for ranch I had to touch the doors to enter restaurant last thing Iâm trying todo is open my togo order of food. I want Togo home and eat and enjoy my food. But now I regret even purchasing and spending my hard earn monies where clearly Iâm not welcome Manager grey head older man so I can get why he wasnât the nicest but my god bbw gotta do better like frfr tripping over a sour cream is wack to me. A really uncaused for manager went an got it for me but his demeanor rub me the wrong way.
Then to top it off I got home and had 17 wings I paid for 20 Called and the same girl that took my order and told her I didnât have all my food She then got manager did not apologize

   Read moreWe went out to the Patio on May 30 at exactly 7:50 with a group of 4 and 10 minutes later another family shows up. Within those 10 minutes we were not greeted. Our server had gone to the family that came in after us and took care of them. We had hoped he would acknowledge us and get our drinks after; although he ignored us and went to get the family their drinks and took their food order after bringing back out their drinks. He then had walked away yet again and by this time 20 minutes had gone by without being greeted. I had to get out from my seat to ask the host if she could bring me a sever. Of course by the time he came we ordered our drinks and food all together. We didn't get our drinks until 6 minutes later and my beer not until 10 minutes later. Our food took about 45-50 minutes to come to us. Our server also had forgotten 2 items from when we order and hadn't checked up on us once. We needed refill on drinks and our food was terribly cold by the time it reached us but couldn't complain to him because he walked outside every other 10-15 minutes. My other concern is where were the managers when things aren't going well? Aren't managers supposed to walk around and ask how was everything? They should check in with the kitchen once in a while to see if food is coming out properly and if not then check on the people and we'll tell you what's wrong. Why are they all talking to the host or on their phone? No wonder their servers aren't up to part...because their managers are ass.
