Little Clown Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Ordered through the Slice App for delivery and my order somehow got missed. I wasn’t upset that they were so busy and that they had somehow missed my order, what really upset me was when my husband called the restaurant to check on our order and the girl that answered the phone was so rude!! She told my husband she never received the order and that they don’t even deliver to my address. I have been ordering from Little Clown for the past 2+ years, at least once a month, and a majority of my orders are delivery. I was able to get a refund through the Slice App (which even they had a hard time with the girl on the phone because she was not being helpful at all!!) but still wanted the pizza I promised my kids so we went in person to hopefully do carry out. The moment we walked in the girl with the attitude was on the phone giving another customer attitude over a sandwich. She had straight short hair and fake eyelashes. I could hear her attitude towards everyone and was not in the mood to deal with her so we ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s. Her attitude alone has turned me off from this restaurant which is a shame because this is our favorite pizza place in the area ( I literally live a 3 minute drive from here). I hope they get better customers service soon because the last thing anyone wants to deal with is someone’s attitude when you’re trying to spend money on...

I’ve been ordering from clown pizza for years. Always had great service and the pizza is great. Unfortunately seems that the owner has grown spoiled by his success and has lost my business for ever. Seems he has hired what I believe is his daughter or family to take orders. On several occasions I’ve asked her to round up or add tips to my card for the driver as I hardly Carry cash. Her response was “ what do you mean round up?” After trying to explain it to her I finally gave up and chalked it up to our wonderful education system and family values or lack of. Secondly, online they have specials which is great but I contacted them again and asked to speak to the owner to simply inform him that his website stated he has a medium pizza which is 12” for $12.99 and he proceeded to tell me that is a small pizza. I told him no problem just wanted to let you know it’s wrong on your website. His response was “then order it next time online, by” really? Ordered my pizza as usual and I’ve never really payed attention to the receipt until today I noticed I was charged for my toppings which should b free unless I add another topping . According to staff CHEESE is considered the free topping and so my pepperoni and sausage were charged extra ? Doesn’t make sense . . Cheese is not a topping and I even looked it up “ When you order a pepperoni pizza it's a given you want CHEESE. Cheese is not a topping, a cheese pizza is just a pizza.“ . Should definitely make it more clear in the deals , once it’s read it shows as first topping is free and any after that is charged .
