McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The best damn McDonalds in a airport terminal I’ve ever had. No granite trust me when I say just get all change within five minutes of my experience because hey,… this is still McDonald’s so don’t hold your breath it’s kind of like Russian roulette with McDonald’s anyway but this one was surprisingly good, like really good. Fresh fries and a burger was like they made it when I ordered it which is surprising because once again this is McDonald’s. You gotta have a certain type of expectation when eating anything in the airport terminal so my bar was really low but they surprised me with the effort and the quality of the food. I ordered on my app and skip the line and then they called my number and I picked it up the only slight downside which is not really bad was that my soda was not super cold it had ice in it but the ice was already melting. If I could give less then a star I would these workers need to be replaced only place open at midnight and only 2 people on a huge line and the lady taking orders has no organization skills all over the place and not happy I orderd a meal with a milkshake and got a small fry barly filled and then was told after waiting almost 30 min by someone who came in from idk where that he couldent makeba milkshake becuase the sink was full and it looked nasty 🤔🤔 thanks il take a sweet tea which he had to tip almost over to barly fill my cup again only things around so went back at 5am for coffee and new people and still additude no smiles shaking heads blank stairs when people ask for creamer and sugar no thank you no have a nice day and my ice coffee was more milk then coffee SMDH I get your tired and mabye dont want to be here but neither do I and I hate waiting my money becuase of lazy...

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a McDonalds but I think people traveling should know on a Sunday pm…we waited 35 minutes and the cheeseburger bottom bun was hard. Literally like warm but frozen or over toasted. The service is extremely slow, although I did count 6 different people there. There was no sense of urgency… even worse was 2 people in the back fiddling around and laughing. You go to McDonald’s bc it’s fast and it’s consistent taste. Both were a fail today. I highly recommend possibly putting the best multi tasking people to get the order together and cooked. Ancillary can make fries...
