Rude staff. Always gets your order wrong by not putting something in the bag that u ordered, or giving you something cheaper than what you paid for. Example: if you order double cheeseburgers, they'll purposely give you mc-doubles. Order a few different McGriddles, they'll replace at least one with a sausage McMuffin or something. They all talk amongst each other in Spanish and start laughing which shows poor customer service skills. The last time I went there was the last straw. As we go into use the kiosk to order food around 7:00 p.m., they stop talking and look at us for about 10 seconds. As soon as we are content with ordering our food they start saying something like the lobbies closed, while still talking amongst themselves, but not loud enough for us to hear clearly. So I looked over to them and asked my girl were they talking to us. Tell me why they didn't say anything else until we finished our order. "The lobby's closed" at 7pm with ppl still eating in there. When you place an order and the order is incorrect they then act as if you are the reason it’s wrong, when having a side conversation with their friends on the side while at work!!! This Restaurant need to take a stance back and realize, some people may not speak spanish!!! But never underestimate a person knowing it!!! But I am making an exception here do to outstanding customer service. I was hot and sweaty and needed something to cool me down. I was originally thinking of a vanilla shake but I am trying to eat better so I was also considering the new cherry berry smoothy. In the end I broke down and asked for the shake.
