I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app at 10:15 AM and arrived at the restaurant before 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed by an employee named Luis that my order had been canceled because breakfast ends at 10:30. However, it was not yet 10:30 when I arrived. When I asked to speak with a manager, Luis stated that he was the manager. I requested a refund, but he told me I could not receive one. I then asked for another manager, and Rogelia came to the front. I explained the situation again, but was told that if I was not there to pick up my food before 10:30, the order would automatically be canceled. This explanation did not make sense since it was still before 10:30 when I arrived.
When I again requested a refund, Rogelia said she could not process it because the order was placed through the app and that I would have to wait up to 10 days for my refund to be processed. This entire experience was very disappointing and unacceptable. My order should not have been canceled before the 10:30 cutoff, and both Luis and Rogelia were smirking, eye rolling and displaying unprofessional attitudes. Read moreOn May 6th 2022 around 6 or 630 pm My 60 year old cousin who is wheelchair bound and is paralyzed had gotten sick from the food while i was in the restroom..when i came out there was vomit on her table and floor..not one employee was there to assist..one came over and asked if she was ok and i said yes now she is but we need paper towels so i can clean her off some as a wheelchair taxi was minutes away from picking us up...i waited for help but help came...i walked up to the counter and asked for paper towels they ignored me..manager was nowhere to be found..they continued to work or talk to each other and laugh..i didn't see no cleaning person either..i even ran to the bathroom to find something because they had no paper towels only hand dryers..i just want the management to know what kind of employees you have that have no heart no compassion to at least bring me something to clean this poor lady up with..i will never step foot in there again..i waa a regular customer but not anymore...train your workers...
Read moreI've been there about 4 times now since I moved to the area. My order has never been correct. I'm either missing a burger or something I didn't ask for is inside the bag.
It isn't just the drive-thru either. I've been indoors and this has been going on.
This might be the worst servicing McDonalds I have ever been to.
... And months after the recent renovation the place has, placing orders with the employees isn't helping their cause any. Maybe the self-service machines they have here are a better idea.
