Adorable and charming cafe in Logan Square! The staff at Mi Latte are always very friendly and polite. They take great care to make the drinks to your liking and create an atmosphere that feels inviting and comfortable. The coffee is highly caffeinated (a good thing) and the food is always delicious. For a smaller shop, it has a lot of options. Due to the space, it's primarily for lounging as there is not a lot of room for tables/chairs. I also want to add how much I personally appreciate Mi Latte’s dedication to supporting local/small businesses. They always have beautiful jewelry, candies, and home decor made by talented Chicago artists. I love the how warm and welcoming the owners are. They have the perfect personalities for an independent cafe. Their sandwiches are amazing and it’s what I always get when I go to their cafe. I love the interior also, the vibes are very calming and relaxing. The furniture and layout is very interesting and unique. Feels like going to someone’s home that has been set up to welcome people and keep them wanting to stay there. It’s a very underrated spot, and by underrated I mean it isn’t as packed as it should be. This Coffee Shop is close to perfection. Cosi and inviting atmosphere. Me Latte is serving coffee from Metric one of the best coffee roasters in Chicago. I tried their delicious baked empanadas, they are the perfect combination for a specialty cup of coffee. Luz, the owner is a very kind woman, passionate for details and quality, who has build this hidden gem with tons of love.
