I would give them zero if I could. The customer service here is awful. I called after I realized that they didn’t send the drop soup and I was also missing a soda for one of the lunch meals that I made ordered. All I cared about was the soup, as I specifically added that coupon to add the soup for someone who is sick. After explaining to the lady on the phone, she said that there was no such coupon, and that the meals are supposed to only come with water. I told her that the site specifically says that the meal comes with a daily soup or a pop, and I put my preference in the instructions. She kept talking over me and telling me that there was 1)no such coupon and 2)meals don’t come with soda. I asked to speak with a manager, and the gentleman on the phone kept repeating what the lady said. I told them they need to update their site, as it can be misleading to customers. He handed the phone back to the lady, who continued to laugh at the situation and after that I realized the conversation wasn’t...

Just placed an order from this place and ordered CHICKEN WINGS. She repeated the order back to me and confirmed me ordering the chicken wings. They delivered the order and gave me chicken ON A STICK. I called the restaurant back and told her they didnt give me the right order of chicken. She insisted that they did and insisted that we asked for teriyaki chicken which the chicken had absolutely no sauce on it so it was no where near teriyaki chicken either. She (“the owner”) said in order for us to get our chicken wings we would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $10 for a mistake THEY did! The delivery arrived to our home but she told the driver to refuse to give us the chicken wings until we paid an additional $10. Worst service ever!!! I have been ordering from Mr. Ging for years. In the past few months, I ordered less times until I stopped. Two weeks ago, I returned to be surprised that they are Under A New Management! Good news. Honestly, their food now has a very good flavor and it’s fresh. I reordered yesterday, I love their Crab Rangoon, which has phenomenal flavor and it’s fresh. Spicy Mongolian chicken that’s another phenomenal dish from Mr. Ging. In addition, to the Extra Spicy Pork with Garlic Sauce. Egg roll and Pork Fried Rice were another favorite. 10% OFF of an Order when paying in-cash! Thank you Mr. Ging for your hard work. It’s definitely noticed through the quality...
