These people are slow in the head. The system is always down and they’re appraisals are a joke. Offered me half of what a item was previously pawned for by a friend of mine. (They also use eBay to appraise your items. They find the lowest price on eBay and offer you half of that) I was checking out their outdated selection while my instruments were being “appraised” when one of the clumsy employees let my musical instrument drop to the ground. luckily there was no damage. When I questioned the incident she immediately said it wasn’t her fault and she then went on to say the security footage will prove that she didn’t even touch it. she didn’t even check the instrument after it hit the ground. I literally walked from the other side of the store and picked it up myself. . . No apology or anything. The manager appears to be somewhat incompetent. last time we pawned something at this location it became a issue to get the item out of pawn due to the system being down. 2 days in a row. Which is unacceptable. I can go on and on. More than half of the items at this location are either dirty grimey and or scratched (I’m not exaggerating this place was a filthy mess) they don’t care. I seen a better selection at my local thrift store. mostly everything at this location seemed like dirty outdated junk. I will not be doing...

Don’t go here. I brought in a PS4 to sell and was offered $180 but I decided to pass at the moment. Two days later I decided to finally bring it back in and they tried to lowball me not knowing I brought it in before. Not only the employer who offered me $180 denied the fact he did but the owner still has the nerve to laugh at my face and say I should’ve tooled the offer when I had it. Really unprofessional on his part. As a business person how you not know how much you offering your customers for items . It’s common sense that’s why everyone who goes in to pawn or sell have a profile in the system. Been loyal customer to them Once bought a $1000 chain off them to later find out I can get the same one for $500 somewhere else to then being treated like this will never come back to this business . The guy who denied everything most have been scared of his boss or some to deny his own words....

The people who are in charge are so cold and uncaring of there patrons it would make one lose faith in humanity. I was in contact with the staff for over an hour trying to pawn my hammer drill. When I called just before they closed to ask if they could stay open an extra 60 seconds because I needed some extra cash at the last minute for a prescription for my 5 month old he said "Yeah I'm not going to be able to do that". I understand that I was late but it was literally 60 seconds after they closed. The employees were all still inside just standing around at 7:01 as I stood outside there door actually begging the manager to please make 1 more transaction. Apparently I was asking for far to much from the staff this night.
