Al-Mart Furniture and Bedding — Local services in Oak Park

On 12/23/20, I had a queen size bed set delivered and setup by them. Spoke with Alan a week prior for a delivery date and he was so patient and friendly. Suggested a date that would work best, but I wanted it sooner. He was accommodating that and then I switched it back to the original suggestion. No problem. He called on the 23rd, to let me know that delivery would be later and they'll call. It rained and it was dark, but the guys came and set everything up with no problem. And they wished my family and I a Merry Christmas, as I wished them the same. A little while later, Alan called for the follow through to make sure all was well. And it was! We got the best prices and the best customer service at this store front business on North Ave in River Forest! We had been looking on line for a sofa and a reclining chair for months! The prices were prohibitive. I saw the same blue couch I had been looking at in Al Marts window and went inside. Barry let me try everything out and answered all my questions patiently. The deal he offered us was way less than anything I had seen, within ten days we were scheduled for delivery, and the delivery people solved all the problems of my narrow stairway and they even took my door off to get the sofa in. It was a wonderful experience!! They showed me how to use the recliner/rocker before they left. They couldn’t have been nicer or more...

We went to Almart to find a bed. Al, the owner, was helpful, kind, and patient. We chose a bed that was delivered and, for a tiny fee our other king size bed was taken away. I liked the mattress, my husband did not. Al had given us a time frame to return and try another bed so we did. No hassle. It was delivered by quick, friendly and efficient delivery guys -same as the first time. This gives me the impression that Al keeps good people around (to work with). We're thrilled!!! They also have much the same furniture as Ashley Home Store at a discount. I'll be going here in the future with my furniture needs!!!...
