I ordered a 3 piece spicy all white meal at the drive thru. When I got home I realized they gave me the 3 wing dinner but charged for the 3 piece. I called and a man claiming to be manager answered. I asked for hours name he said it didn't matter..he response made me question if he was actually the manager. I repeated asked for his name till he said "Jake". I spelled the name aloud he said yes. The manager yelled at me actually raising his voice over the phone. He said I was talking to him like a slave, he called me a racist!!! Even after I drove all the way back he refused to believe they made a mistake till he saw my order....like I did all this for a free piece of chicken! Finally he admitted they got the order wrong and said he'd just give me food...really just "give me food" or complete an order for which I paid for! I told him NO as I don't want anyone to do anything to my food and certainly do not want to be mistaken as someone looking for a free piece of chicken. I expected to call tell them I wasn't given what I paid for and then maybe manager would say sorry...take my name...offer me a free order next time or a free piece of chicken next time. The manager yelled at me, refused to give me his name, implied I was lying, and called me a racist!! I yelled about my treatment, I raised my voice while defending myself but I never called names or implied any race issue into a wrong piece of chicken. What happened to the customers always right? This is not customer service. I go to this location all the time! I go every Saturday thru drive thru I was there twice this week. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on Monday and a 3 piece all white meal Saturday.... I'm actually sad now cause I can not support this man's business. I don't know what could be done now. He could have said I'm sorry he could have offered a free piece of chicken next time. He called me racist!!! I don't know what to do with that? I rarely ever write reviews and I've been coming here regularly for years, never with an issue but the customer service I got today was horrible enough where I'm never coming back to this location.
I ordered over $20 in food(my orders are usually +$25 or +$30), with extra sides and apple pies. I get home and realize they missed an entire entree.
So had to drive back in rush hour after the long drive I already took to get home.
Yes they replaced the one entree they forgot but in a cookie cutter I don't care about you fashion. I asked if they could replace the drink too (come on drinks don't cost you anything) and the manager refused. Instead he finally reluctantly gave me a kids sized soda to add insult to injury. It's your fault the large soda I have at home is going to be flat cause I had to drive back and get what you forgot! Made it seem like it was my fault you forgot my order.
Mind you, on the phone I specifically gave the scenario about my soda being flat and my corn on the cob getting cold while I go back and the manager said it wasn't an issue just come in. Stop lying to your customers and treating them like just a number!
Now when I get home, what do I have to look forward to? Some soggy apple pies, soggy and cold corn on the cob, and a large flat soda (which is going into the garbage) along with their kid soda cause well... I'm a grown man, what am I going to do with a kids soda except stay thirsty? That will be gone in one sip.

   Read moreI always call for order pick up. I always speak with Mohammed or Maria very people. They ALWAYS take my order over the phone, until today Wed. 09/17/2025. A Luis picked up very rude, he said he could not take my order over the phone, I had to do it over the internet. I asked if he was the manager he answered in a very rude way " It is obviously I am" He hung up on me, when I tried calling back several times he blocked my call. I tried calling on a land line he blocked it also. I could not put in my order for my family. I have an elderly mother who needs to eat at 2pm. I ran really quick to popeyes with the hopes I could speak with Mohammed(the owner) or Maria and give them my complaint. To my surprise neither Mohammed nor Maria where there. And he acted very stupid when I told him he blocked my number and I could not place my order. He very sarcastingly said "I told you to place it over the intetnet and laughed very rudely and stated "Have a nice day!" Making fun of me. He was the rudest person I have ever met. I worked for customer service for 40 years in an office took many calls. There do's and don'ts on how to speak to a customer. All I have to say if Popeyes continues with this luis guy, they will lose alot of business. He is very rude person and does not need to be working with people.
