Hi, so alot of things went terribly. To start off, the lady prepping my sandwich had a bit of attitude towards me but worst of all completely forgot my friends order when I said "2 sandwiches". The next guy putting the mayo and stuff on my sandwich gave off the most attitude, since he was talking so quietly I constantly had to get closer to hear him. Eventually, he got annoyed and gave a fake smile to cover it up. I then saw everyone having to come closer to him in order to hear him while I was waiting for my order to get payed. I mean if you notice everyone needing to get closer to hear u then might aswell talk louder instead of getting annoyed that they can't hear you. Additionally he said "ugh omg" to my friend when she asked if the order came out bc the other lady forgot to prep her sandwich.. instead of telling them to prep he ignored her. Then in the checkout station the lady checking me out was talking so loud to the point it was yelling... but kinda like a demanding tone mixed with a idc tone. In other words she was kinda mean but I did appreciate her talking loud. Now, I do understand we came during a busy time, 1 pm, which may be lunch hour so the workers may be stressed however completing ignoring my friend 2 times and constantly giving an attitude with an annoyed face...
Read moreThe service at this location is absolutely terrible!! Every time I go in there, no one seems to want to help you! I work down the street from this location. I like the food, so I have changed my method to order online and pick it up instead, just to avoid all of the employees as much as possible. This particular time, I walk in to pick up my ONLINE ORDER. The cashier literally makes eye contact with me, and then walks away to the back. All of the other employees are busy. I'm waiting there, then as soon as the phone starts ringing, he runs from the back to the register to pick up that phone call. (Mind you, they forgot to give a whole sandwich to a delivery order-phone call). After he hangs up the phone, he then proceeds to assist the customer who just got done finishing getting their sandwich made. I ask him if I should go wait in line and tells me that I don't have to wait, but I have to wait until he's done with that customer. I was standing there first!! Am I invisible? Am I not a customer? Do I not deserve the same service? What is the point of an online order and stating that we don't have to wait in line, but yet, I still have to wait? This is honestly the WORST Potbelly location that I go to. Definitely do not recommend...

They clearly are understaffed and people working on the line are running like crazy, and they do not care to hear you so after spending 10 min on a back and forth because my mom dont eat spicy food (including starting a sandwich from the scratch because they already have added spicy hummus to a Mediterranean sandwich), they served her an avocado sandwich with giardiniera that made her choke and cry at the table. The ingredient is not standard so why add spicy to it?
I was furious and went to the cashier to complain and the attendant that made the sandwich didn’t say a word and the manager was dead inside, quiet. No offer to refund, no apologies. They actually yelled at me for trying to help my mother. I picked up a coca-cola, tap my card and rushed to hand it to my mom and both started to yell that the payment didn’t work, which made me lose my shit with them. Totally didn’t care about it and they were afraid of me stealing a $2 coke while someone is chocking at the table?
Im never coming back to this location. And if you go, be sure to yell everything you want 10x otherwise you will eat...
