I went to the drive through yesterday and ordered a normal drink and then a more fancy drink to redeem my birthday reward. I asked the person taking my order to repeat my order because I wanted to make sure he got all the add ons on. He goes on to repeat only the drink names and not the add ons and just laughed, which I get, it’s extra four add ons, so I laughed along bc I felt awkward.
I then pull up to pay, and tell the guy I’d like to redeem my birthday reward, to which he doesn’t answer back, so I show my QR code in hopes he will scan it and say something. He scans, and tells my total, without the birthday reward accounted for, so I repeat again to use my birthday reward. This time he scans and tells me the remaining total. So I’m like ok cool, thanks.
Then I get my drinks and ask for my receipt, once again doesn’t acknowledge my question, hands me the receipt and doesn’t say thank you or have a good day or anything. Which ok, not a huge deal.
As I’m pulling out of the drive thru, I check the receipt, and see that my birthday reward was not redeemed, INSTEAD 200 stars were used, without me asking to redeem my stars, and therefore letting my birthday reward expire bc it was not used. I didn’t have time to go back in and dispute this information, but this experience definitely proved I will no longer be going to this location.
First, I get laughed at for my order, I’m not acknowledged when I ask for something, have to repeat myself multiple times, and then get sabotaged by thinking I redeemed my birthday reward but instead got my stars used without my approval. Unprofessional service and unsatisfied with...
Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks location and had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. Upon arriving, I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. When I finally did get someone's attention, the barista mentioned that they were having difficulty with their system.
The store was not particularly busy, yet the service was incredibly slow. It took over 15 minutes for my croissant to be prepared, and when it was finally made, the employee (white woman) flung it on the counter, turned and walked away. Another employee even said "damn girl take easy" so I knew that I wasn't looking too much into it.
Overall, the customer service at this Starbucks was unprofessional and discourteous. This experience has made me reconsider my future visits to this location, especially when I spend around $50.00 a week in coffee. Starbucks needs to significantly improve their staff training and customer service standards to meet the expectations associated with...
Read moreCoffee and food is as always good in All Starbucks… But particularly that location serving personnel is extremely unprofessional: it’s repeatedly all the time when I’m buying coffee and lunch snacks there… they all the time insist to charge you a tip/s… but never even have a professional clue to input a napkins and/or putting your two or three caps of coffee drinks into cap holder… I was spilling my coffee second time today… so that’s why I’m writing that review… I mean … didn’t they suppose to have in Starbucks some special training programs to teach their employees how to basically and normally serve their own customers… especially when you insist to giving you a paying terminal: to choose an option with a tip question?! Or you should have PhD degrees to getting that high end level...
