Lol, I've never had an experience in my life quite like this one. Franchise owner refused to make my food when I go in-store because "it breaks their oven." (Even though my fiance placed an order for the same exact food, and it was made) Then they tell me to "place an online order if I want the food." AND then tells me "No, we just can't" He kept laughing because he knew how ridiculous he sounded. Been going here for years, have always treated the employees with respect and even tipped them a few times. Never had a problem. Not sure why they have such an extreme shift in attitude and honesty. This has got to be the worst location, I ordered through grubhub for pick up, stated I was here to pick up an order for Kenith McIntosh, Clerk said from grubhub I said yes, he went to get the food brought it back and mumbled something I couldn't understand him. I thought he said something I about ID so I showed my ID he said no, I said what? Then he mumbled something else I couldn't understand him, sound like something about a phone, so I showed him the order number, he said no. I'm like what are you talking about? He mumbled some more stuff, I couldn't understand him. Then he pushed my food toward me on the counter. I called grubhub immediately and told then about the incident, because I don't trust someone that incompetent making my food. Update: Ordered in store and had to ask a second time for more spinach. To which the worker commented that they already put a lot. I'm asking for more because you didn't put alot. Now I know not to do mobile or in person orders here. Terrible. There was also a distinct smell of dirty mop water when you walk in.
