This place is SOLID - excellent for brunch. The namesake Churro Waffle is a MUST on your visit.

This is a belated review of a visit at noon on a Saturday in late April: Located in a small shopping plaza, it's not much on the outside, but - big pro for me - boasts a parking lot. Inside is a family-friendly more modern diner-esque (but slightly more crowded) vibe. There was a bit of a wait for a table for 4 on Saturday - nothing too long though. And yes, the wait was well worth it.

I'm a savory brunch lover - so much so I usually forgo the sweets which can be too much for me, unless it's a well-done combo. The Bacon Waffle (substituted in Churro Waffle) with the Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream on the side (so it wouldn't get soggy and I could control the ratio) was a PEFRECT BLEND OF SAVORY AND SWEET and will definitely have me coming back when I'm next in the area.

Besides my beloved Bacon Waffle, we ordered the Chicken Churro Waffle, Steak Fajita Bowl, Eggs Benedict, Lox Benedict, Carnitas Benedict, and Hibiscus Lemonade (sweet and refreshing), and a Horchata Iced Coffee (very good)! Everything was delicious (only complaint was the friend who ordered Carnitas Benedict said it was a bit overpowering a flavor for the egg / hollandaise) - and the service was quick, kind, and able to easily accommodate requests and substitutions.

Definitely a rock-solid brunch choice -...

This place was OUTSTANDING! Our first time eating here and it was difficult to pick something as the whole menu sounded delicious! We tried the Churro Waffle, the chilaquiles with chicken (we got half red and half green), the poblano pepper panini, a side of hashbrowns, the horchata iced coffee and a vanilla cold brew. Everything was amazing! The panini was delicious, warm, crunchy, sweet from the cheese and avocado with a tiny kick from the pepper. The accompanying fries were great! The chilaquiles were delicious, the red had good flavor and were spicy, the green were not spicy but still tasted good! The grilled chicken on both these plates was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The hashbrowns were buttery, soft on the inside and crunchy on the top crust. The coffees were both great in taste and size! We saved the churro waffle as a desert and were blown away by the sweet taste of the brown sugar balanced perfectly with the salty taste of the ice cream. Everything was delicious, the portions were a good size, and the staff was very kind and attentive. I can't wait...

The best place I’ve ever been to for breakfast I brought my wife here for her birthday and let me tell you she could not stop talking about those tres leches French toast we had . Our server Alex was very attentive and very nice and polite asked us how our meal is going and also asked us feedback on the tres leches French toast it being a new item they rocked that taste on those French toast. The presentation on the food was very nice I didn’t get a picture I took videos of my food but i will be going by again very soon I’ll be sure to snag a pic. Oh and by the way I also got the chilaquiles and man the perfect spice perfect amount of cheese and sour cream other places bombard the plate with cheese and sour cream you don’t really get to taste the food itself not this place if your thinking about going somewhere like I was and kept scrolling up and down on recommended places stop scrolling and just come here did I mention the coffee was really good I...
