Taquería el Malecón — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I’ve been going here for years … been going out of my way to go here because the food was so good and it was a great value for the money. With the new name (ownership?) - neither is the case. Went out of my way tonight to get take out. The tacos were small and not great. The king burrito was lacking in substance and flavor. This post pandemic way of life has got to stop. I get that food is more expensive - but as long as customers keep putting up with sub par product for outrageous prices … it’s not going to end. Sadly won’t...

I have been going to this place for more than 7 yrs. Recently the food has been going down the hill since they switched management. The tortas in specific have more bread than meat or anything. This is not going to keep people from coming back. Already looking for a new spot to buy mexican food. ....
