In the mood for fast food on Labor day after work, decided on Burger King. At 9:47 pm drove to the drive thru stopped at the menu screen waited for 4 minuets. Was never knowledge while waiting during said time. I realized it was Labor day and assumed that it was closed. Drove around the drive thru to exit and noticed that a car was waiting for their food. I assumed that maybe they close at 10pm for Labor Day hence why I did get any response while waiting at the menu screen. Car in front on me left. Pulled up to the window to ask if they were still open. Latina light skin lady working the drive thru window was visibly upset and refuse to open the window. She was singling to go around and speaking while her window was closed? Of, course I could not here what she was saying. I am not psychic don't what she singling. I singed back that I could not hear her. She finally open the window. I asked if she was still open. In an angry manner she replied yes and said if I wanted to place an order that I would have to drive around to the menu screen. I replied if I can place my order here because I already drove to the menu screen and no one said anything. Again an an angry manner she stated that she would not take my order at the window GO AROUND!! I left and drove down the street...

I’ve always considered this one of the best Burger King locations I’ve visited, but unfortunately, today’s experience changed that.
I ordered a Double Impossible Burger Meal, and upon checking the food, I noticed the patties were not fully cooked. I returned the meal to the cashier, and another employee kindly offered to bring a fresh one to my table when it was ready. However, I was later called back to the counter to pick it up myself.
Although I was dining in, the food was handed to me in a to-go bag. As soon as I sat down, I could smell a strong burnt odor through the bag. When I opened it, the burger was visibly and heavily burned—completely inedible.
I returned it again to the cashier, who threw it in the trash without offering any apology. I mentioned this was my first bad experience at this location, hoping for at least some acknowledgment, but she remained silent. There was no apology, no courtesy—just a request asking if I would accept a cash refund instead of returning it to the card I used.
Today’s service between 1 PM and 2 PM was shockingly poor—disrespectful, dismissive, and far below what I’ve come to expect here. Regretfully, I won’t be returning to this...
Read more10/21/23 Excellent food and a nice clean restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. I may be rambling off the subject here, but the management handled a delicate situation with grace and ease. A homeless man kept trying to go back by the kitchen area, and management and staff kept a cool head and handled the situation quite appropriately, while continuing to do a good job and serve the customers. I was really impressed with how tight the lead crew and management were. They really came through a difficult time and showed their strength as well-trained employees.
They did not show fear or annoyance with this man. Rather than my husband and I be put off by the situation (we were eating in at the time), I was impressed with the way the restaurant handled it. Good job! (I used to be a nurse's assistant in a Psychiatric nursing home. These flare ups and mishaps happened with patients all the time, so I understand. Clearly, this man was not well).
