Victor's Restaurant Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I feel SO bad for the gentleman who took my order.. I had $40 for two people and asked what all we could get for $35 because I wanted to tip the driver.. I knew I wanted a pizza with half sausage/half pepperoni, and some buffalo wings but the large size was too expensive.. so he knocked it down to medium, got 12 wings and that was that.. when the food came tho, the pizza was just cheese.. I look at the receipt and we had only been charged for cheese.. I was gonna call and just let them know that the order was wrong and maybe get like a $5 credit.. but my friend made the call and demanded (in a not rude but aggressive way) to have the correct pizza sent out.. the poor guy on the phone tried to tell him that he only charged us for cheese but my friend was not having it because he HEARD me order sausage/pepperoni.. now, personally, I never send food back because you don't know what they'll do to the corrected version.. but to their credit, Victor's Pizza had a fresh, HOT pizza at our door AGAIN in 30 minutes.. The pizza and shrimp is good but there CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful as horrible the options are that I have in my delivery area and the much I like this pizza i will never order from here again and I'm going to advice my family to not order as well. Poor service I would order minimum once to 3 times a week but not anymore I placed an order last night at 11 we waited till about 1245am no show no call no nothing and when I call and tell them what happened all they offer is a 2 liter pizza and that's it I'm not asking for the whole order but at least a one time 25%off or something wouldn't hurt on a 1 time thing to a customer that frequents the place as much as we do! Every time I come in the heavier sized woman gives me complete attitude. I can be kind smile and give her niceness and she just gives complete attitude. Then she doesn't know I speak Spanish so I can comprehend when she is trash talking me to the other gentleman with glasses. The pizza can be better it needs some new sauce and the crust needs ro be cooked more. This place deserves 2 stars. There is no air in there maybe thats why she is always irritated. They charge .75 for bbq sauce which is insane! They have no plastic bags to keep food warm oh well they do just for the hispanics not for classy cute blacks. Its disheartening that someone would keep an establishment running this way but its ok. I came in this community to replace the bad with good....
