Gosh I hate writing reviews. But it’s one thing to exhibit poor customer service. It’s another to sabotage the food ordered so it’s not consumable. I’d never been here before. But I was ordering for one of the establishments nearby, of whom passes along plenty of business to them.
I ordered fried zucchini and asked if ranch came with it. To which the girl taking my order asked another girl working if it came with ranch and she said “no marinara.” So I asked if I could substitute ranch for the marinara. They were firmly said “no substitutions on sauce.” So I ordered ranch and asked for no marinara sauce at all. Because the person who ordered it has a sensitivity to tomato sauce. The appetizer was opened to find these workers had smashed the largest zucchini into the lid of the marinara sauce and it splattered all over half the order. I also ordered a 16” half veggie, half garlic, pineapple, and jalepeño. I’m a garlic lover. And it was so heavily applied it overpowered every other flavors of the pizza. No napkins, no utensils, or red pepper and parm cheese were included (which I did go back for hoping it would help tone down the garlic). It didn’t do much good and honestly the overkill of garlic ruined a whole half of the pizza.
The women of this pizza place seemed to have attitude. They were unpleasant and lacked basic customer service skills. They’re young. I get it. Then there was one male cooking, who didn’t say much. But the food is an extension of my experience. It just felt hostile and the food was sabotaged and mishandled severely. I’m pretty disappointed as a new customer after spending so much on a meal barely consumed, due to their improper food handling. There are no excuses for this. There are never any excuses to ruin a customers food order under any circumstances. Maybe revisit the food handling courses as...
Read moreToday (April 19, 2022 at 4:00 PM) I finished the meal I ordered at this restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Parm sandwich combo, which is the sandwich plus soda and fries. Total is $11.50.
My Experience: I had been wanting to make a purchase at this establishment for quite some time. Personally, I was planning on buying just the sandwich but decided to go for the meal. After they completed my order and asked what soda I wanted, I had said "coke" (as in Coca-Cola). One asked, "Pepsi?" and granted, I was fine with Pepsi. Instead, I was handed Crush strawberry flavored soda.
Now, you may think I would take issue with this, but I don't. Why? Well, I like drinking strawberry shakes and strawberry ramuné (a Japanese soda), but just imagine my surprise that it was until today that I discovered the existence of strawberry flavored Crush soda! Of course I just HAD to try it!
As I am typing this review, I am drinking the soda and I highly recommend trying the strawberry flavor if you have the chance. It's a shame I didn't order two Chicken Parm combo.
Although I had expected two chicken breasts the sandwich instead of one (as seen in the images below), my experience was not hindered by it.
Overall, the isn't terrible or overpriced and I had an interesting experience. I can see myself going to this establishment again in the future.
Taking what happened to account, I can say that this is definitely 5 stars in regards to my order.

Read moreUpdate to their response: when I clicked on order on their google website, it only gave me third party delivery options. Honestly, the dipping sauce thing doesn't even matter because the pizza was not good anyway. Barely any sauce at all, just bread and cheese - so I'll be finding another pizza place anyway. First and the last time ordering from them. I specifically asked for dipping sauces for my pizza in my order because there's NO option to pay for sauces on their online menu. I wrote in my order that they can charge me whatever they want for the sauces. Usually in this instance, the restaurant will call to make sure approve the charge. They never called so I assumed everything was all good. I also made sure to have the driver ask if the sauces were in there. He came to my house and told me they wouldn't give it to him because they needed to charge me $1.50. I TOLD THEM TO CHARGE ME in my order. Then when I called to ask what the issue was, I was passed to three different people who barely spoke English before the woman who spoke to me and yelled at me asking why I didn't call them about the sauces. Insane. Anyway, I won't be ordering from them again. Poor customer service. What kind of business wants to risk an unhappy customer over. $1.50 sauce?...
