When I walked in, it was fairly busy with a lineup of people ahead of us. After reaching the cashier who seemed fairly nice, but also distracted I placed my order and then paid. I then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for my food while the people ahead of us got theirs. (It’s called fast food, right?) Frustrated I walked up to the cashier and asked if our food was ready yet. He then proceeded to hand me my food that has been sitting out getting cold for what look like at least five minutes. They had never called my order number and had instead just let the food sit there. By the time that I got my food, there were only three people left in the restaurant and they were eating at a table. They were barely any people through the drive-through and there should be no reason for this long wait. I feel that the way that the staff interacted with each other was not in a very productive manner and led to a long wait time cold food and poor service. (Along with atrociously dirty bathrooms.) They compensated me with a free drink, but it seemed forced and unwilling. The food did end up tasting fairly good (though cold). I would not recommend this place whatsoever and I really wish to see some change, hopefully new management. Lots of room for improvement. (Keep in mind this was at about nine at night so it is most likely the night crew. Things may be different...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars, as I truly don't even believe it deserves one. I'm a FREQUENT customer as I live near this Wendy's, and they STILL give me the most sour face and worst attitudes I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. What really bugs me is that they're not really ever busy, so I don't understand why they would want to LOSE a customer, but they sure did.
They give me such a revolting attitude it's not even funny. Sometimes when I go through the drive-thru, they'll stick their heads out the window and watch me leave. I honestly stopped coming here because:
The food at this particular Wendy's ALWAYS makes me vomit. Never fails.
I can deal with someone who's had a bad day, but when it seems like they just flat out hate me(for what reason, I'll never know), I'm always paranoid that they might have did some kind of garbage to my order.
Let's face it: If you're worrying that a restaurant is doing something nasty to your food, then it obviously shouldn't even be in business. I hope it burns...

The man at the drive window is very loud. He doesn’t speak nicely he screams. Today, June 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm, I pass by Wendy to buy a salad and I had very a bad experience. The man who handle the food at the drive window scared me. I got shock to hear him screaming at me saying to “WAIT A SECOND” then I tried to talk to him why he screamed and he completely ignored me with bad attitude.
