Casey's — Restaurant in Jefferson

Went there on break and asked them to make a simple Italian sub sandwich the person in the area didn't know how to make a foot long sandwich at all.. she proceeded to cut the bread in half before even putting any toppings on it at all. Then she didn't know what type of meat was what or how to even put it on the already messed up 6 in that my order has become. She went and got a toothless cashier to help who didn't wear a hat or hair net at all. This cashier wasn't any better as she did not know the meats even though the diagram was clearly placed in front of her. She still put the wrong type of meat on my sandwich even though I told her exactly what ones to put on it. After the 15 minute ordeal of trying to figure out the meats we finally get to the actual toppings. At this point I'm dumb founded. The toothless cashier realized that they didn't even put the paper wrap down on the counter and then tried to place the 6 inch sections of this terribly made random meat sandwich on the paper and after putting handfuls of rediculously portioned toppings just lettuce tomatoes pickles and a small amount of onion ( I literally said a small amount) but I guess that means 2 handfuls of onion. And Chipotle and ranch, and she decided I need honey mustard and heavy MAYO and squirted that bottle all over the f**kage that this mound of sandwich salad this order has become. This toothless incompetent employee then tried to close this sandwich one 6 inch sections at a time and completely blowing out the sides of the bread. She then attempted to hide the fact that my sandwich is completely and utterly destroyed and she attempted to wrap it in paper. ( I say wrap but she actually just crumpled it into a ball and shoved it into a plastic sandwich bag to give me) she the smiled at me and said I've done a lot worse as spit flew from one of her many missing tooth slots. At this point it's been a solid 25 minutes and all I can feel are the eyes of other customers burning a hole through my back. I felt angry, frustrated, ashamed, and embarrassed by my sub sandwich experience. So as to just get out of this environment I paid for this terribly done and completely wrong order just to get out as quickly as possible. When I got back to a safe place I attempted to pull this soggy heavy MAYO covered mutant of a order out of it's plastic prison it exploded everywhere and stained everything in contact. Very few of the staff are nice and/or respectful at all. It seams like they have a tough time keeping the drinks stocked alot of days. I hear very unprofessional and very inappropriate joke or comments made almost every single time I go in. I find that I'd rather the kitchen staff help me check out then the staff who are supposed to meet you with a friendly face and act professional. I have been very disappointed with this store for a rather long time now. I mean I should know, I was just fired because of other staff lying about me when Camara footage would clearly show the truth. To sum this place up, it have rather poor customer service, there have been many complaints about the staff and management there, sent to corporate and even taken to the store manager. I love their Pizza especially the garbage Pizza they have a new one out called the beef brisket that's awesome too!!! The person taking orders is a great listener and asked us a lot of questions about what we want on our pizza and how we want it cooked. He fulfilled every little tiny thing we asked for and they keep track of how many pizzas we've ordered and they gave us our free one when it's time. We never know when it's time but they give it to us. And all together, it's a great place to eat. They have wonderful Pizza, sandwiches, and a little bit of everything.
