seems like both the winder and jefferson locations both have incredibly rude staff. they might want to watch it considering the winder one is closing. a friend and i went on a thursday afternoon and it wasn't busy. a worker impatiently motioned us on back to seat us. our waitress was nice but she ended us disappearing on us when it came time for the tickets. we waited 30 minutes for a check before i stood up and asked for one, only for the guy who sat us to act like i was bothering him. i waited another 10 minutes just to see if anybody would come and take our payment before i walked to the front. i counted 6 different staff members playing on their phones. i get that it wasn't that busy, but you still need to check on your customers...

I'm very upset to know that this Restaurant for 3 dif occasion, charged me a dif price for the same items. One day it was $6 n change, 2 days later it was 8 n change and 2 days ago, the charged me $9 n change. I even spoke to the manager and instead of retaining a customer..He lost my entire family. His customer service was not to be fair but to rip off people he thinks have never eaten there b4. Not recommend and I hope that that extra dollar or 2 he is steeling from customers, he pays 4x for everything he buys...never again would I spend my money there. He's a thief!! We are regular patrons and have been for years. As of late, service and food is unpredictable. Sometimes very good…sometimes not so good. Today we placed a take away order. I was in the mood for some good guacamole. $4.75 for the itty bitty bit in the bottom right of the picture. Buyer beware…portion to price ratio leaves something to be desired. We order fajitas regularly. Not too long ago 3 tortilla shells came with an order of fajitas. Now it’s 2. The steak and chicken in the fajitas should be listed as chopped because the pieces are very small. When will restaurants realize that we, the customers, are aware of less food and higher prices....
